Pc wont boot anymore??

Heres my problem, my PC froze suddenly, when I tried to reboot it it froze at the windows loading screen, now when I try to reboot it it just gives me a black screen with no error messages. If I try to reinstall my OS or restore the PC it gives me errors. It since, has been running extremely slow and making funny noises also. I need help please!!!

It sounds like your HDD is going bad. If you have the means, hook it up to another PC and run crystal disk info to see if the drive is bad.
