Question Pc wont boot at first time

I upgraded my pc from a8 to ryzen. The PSU and gpu came from my old pc

Specs:
Ryzen 3 2200g
Gigabyte b450m ds3h
Gtx 1050ti
Thermaltake smart se 630w
2x4 8gb g.skill 3200mhz.
Eco 500w avr

My pc wont boot at first time. It only boots at 2nd or sometimes 3rd time. When i boot the pc at first. It shows the pc is running but no display at all. The cpu LED stays on. The pc wont turn off when holding the power button. I have to turn off my avr then wait for like a 20 to 30 seconds then turn on the avr and pc will boot normally at 2nd. I already tried switching the ram slot. Ram runs at 2133mhz default. My bios is updated. Hdd is working fine. Already tried removing the cmos for 10mins. Unplugged and plug back in all the cables and checked the screws if its loose. They are fine. But still no luck.

I observed that when i leave my avr turned on. Then after 12hrs then i turn on my pc. It works at first boot. It boots normally. But when i turn off my avr and wait for 12hrs. thats the time the pc wont boot. Already tried plugging the monitor and pc throught direct outlet. Still wont boot. My system never been overclocked

try booting with the 1050ti out and just use the igpu?

Gonna try tomorrow i have to leave my pc off within or after 12 hrs. Ill reply asap

Still not working. Still no output display and it boots at 3rd time . Im afraid my motherboard will damage if i continue turning off the pc not properly thats why want to fix this.
