So, PC does not power on at home. No fans, nada.
Mobo, GPU and USB peripherals (wireless headset dock, mouse dock) all light up as normal when PC plugged in. My mouse even charges on the dock!
However, it runs perfectly first time at both the repair shop, and my sisters house.
And then, interestingly, when I take it back home from the shop/my sister's, it boots first go at home too! Until its left off overnight and the next morning arrives... where it again does not power on at all. And then if I take it to my sister's, it boots first go.
Anyone else experienced a problem like this???

Ryzen 5 1400
ROG Strix RX480
Fractal Design Integra M 750W PSU
1x8gb Crucial DDR4 @ 2133mhz
Things I've tried:
1) Step-by-step troubleshooting guide that's always posted here
2) New PSU (Integra replaced a Thermaltake 650W something something)
3) New CMOS battery
4) Running through a UPS (and also on battery only mode)
5) Different outlets, different rooms
Other things of note:
- Twice now I've woken up in the morning and the PC has turned itself on overnight. Has never done this before.
- Once it's running, it stays running no problem. Can turn it off for 5 minutes and then boot again.
- Jumpstarting mobo with screwdriver doesn't work.
Please help, I just want to play some Rokt Leeg
