Pc Won't boot but fans are spinning.

I have a problem i just took my old pc apart and put it back together in a new case but now i have a issue when i turn it on the fans start to run at full speed and after 5 seconds my pc makes 1 beeb and that's it. It doesn't display anything on the screen. I hope you can help!

Check if your 4 pin cpu power plug is plugged upto the motherboard. Doulble check your case connections to the motherboard and the 24pin PSU wire plugged into the motherboard. You may also want to reset your bios.

I've tried everything except the case connections i'l do that tomorrow. I think it should be fine because I reinstalled everything twice. Any other tips?

Try check it with just one RAM stick at a time. Try reseating your video card by pulling it out and putting it back in. Check the video cards PCIE power plug.

I tried the ram and i only have onboard for now was planning to use it as a media center.

Could it be that i dont have a harddrive plugged in yet? I don't think that's the problem because it worked before without harddrive.

Fixed it! It turned out i plugged in the wrong VGA cable from my plasma tv (I feel so stupid) and that my smart fan was of so my fan was at 4000rpm all the time (another tip because I feel stupid don't put you finger in a fan blade spinning at 4000rpm it litterly cut my skin) Thanks for all the help!!
