Just got done with my new custom build, and when I press the power switch, its like a small flicker of life before the whole system dies again. If I didn't notice the small movement I would've thought that the power switch was the problem, but then I saw that everything would turn on for a split second until dying. The fans on the case spin, the CPU fan spins and my GPU's fans spin for a very tiny fraction of a second until they die again. The oddest part of all this, the RGB on the RAM stays on for some reason. I originally thought that it was training the RAM, but after 30 minutes or so it was still dead with just the RGB on the RAM working. I get no debug LEDs on the mobo, either. Let me know what you guys think, I really need the help.
Here's my specs if it helps:
mobo: Gigabyte AORUS B650 Elite AX
cpu: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
ram: Trident Z5 RGB 32GB CL32 Intel XMP(2x16) in the second and fourth slots
gpu: Gigabyte RTX 4080 Super OC
and then I have a samsung 2TB m.2 SSD and a couple sata harddrives.
I think the case might be the biggest culprit to this problem, as it didnt seem to have many plugs to plug in, but I assumed maybe that was because it had a fan hub. My case is the Cooler Master TD500 mesh V2
