Question PC won't boot from SSD

Hello, Ive used Macrium Reflect to clone my HDD onto my new SSD. When using the bios to make my new SSD the primary drive to boot from, I get a grey screen that only shows the cursor. My OS loads up as standard when booting from the HDD. Is the problem with the SSD or am i making a mistake in the BIOS? Thanks

When booting it for the first time after the clone , you should have removed the HDD from the setup.

When the HDD is unplugged and not configured, i recieve a windows hasn't loaded correctly page. This gives me repair options such as continue to Windows 10 or a troubleshoot page. When clicking continue, my PC restarts before stopping (not freezing) on a blank grey screen.
