Question Pc wont boot help!

Hi guys, so im building my pc for first time and these are my specs:

B450 carbon pro ac
Rx 590 nitro+
Ryzen 2600
Corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb 3000
Nzxt 500h case

So first attached the cpu and put the stock cooler on it and bound it directly to cpu fan.
Attached the 24 pin mb cable, 6+2 gpu cable, 4+4 cpu cable, sata hdd withh 3 heads (so connected 1 and left 2 in air), 10 pins front panel cable, 4 case fans (not in ordering does it matter?).

I just cant start the system i dont know whats wrong with it or did i miss something? Please help this is so stressfull!

Just did the psu test and the fan isnt working so probably dead. Just messaged the seller waiting for an answer. Is there a way to fix the psu?
