So I have Kingston HyperX 1600mhz CL10 1.5V RAM (2x4gb kit) and im trying to OC my CPU and if i overclock the cpu with automatic settings for the ram, the ram speed will get too high for my motherboard which is limited to 1600mhz..

So of course i tried to change the memory multiplier from the default (12) to (10), but when i try to boot with the new memory settings and even with the stock CPU settings my computer gives me this message ”the system BIOS has detected unsuccessful Post attempt”

Is there something that i dont know? I hope you guys can help me :)
