[SOLVED] PC Wont boot in dual channel. Please help.

I recently built a new PC the parts are as following.
-Asus PRIME z390-a
-I5 9600k
-Gigabyte Windforce 8GB OC 2060 SUPER
-Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200 2x8
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
-Corsair RM750x Gold PSU

I have tried everything to get this thing to POST in dual channel mode. No bent pins in socket. Tried Loosening CPU cooler. Clearing CMOS. Tried every configuration of RAM that there is. B1 and B2 Post with 1 stick or with Both sticks in Single Channel but A1 and A2 DO NOT work at all. Curious if theres anything else I could try before buying another Board. I Have XMP enabled.
