Pc won't boot into os after changing memory speed

I have an asus roc strix b350f motherboard with the latest drivers, but my pc won't boot after changing ram speed or enabling xmp/ docp

My ram speed is currently at 2133mhz but it's rated to handle 3000mhz and this is buggin me since I can't change it
My ram is corsair vengeance lpx 3000mhz

That is a known problem right now with AM4 boards their trying to fix it with BIOS updates.
You can try a BIOS update or manually set the timings and voltage but set the speed to 2666.
