Question PC won't boot, it gets stuck on the Gigabyte screen ?

I was still using my PC for work and some games the day before, but when I tried to turn on the PC, it won't boot, it just got stuck on the motherboard screen.

I can boot with a drive, but when I try installing Windows, it gets stuck, so Windows can't be installed.

I tried installing a new SATA SSD for the boot drive but it got stuck at 25% and nothing happens afterwards.

Can anyone advise what could be wrong with my PC?

Gigabyte B550M DS3H
Ryzen 7 5700G
MSI GTX 1660 Ti Ventus
16GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM
