I am very frustrated as my pc won't boot I only had it for a few month. It has been giving me debug code 00, other time it stalls at debug code 04, 64, and AF. I have read the manual and it wrote to change bios mode from a to b by hitting the switch. (My bios B is actually worst off for some reason, it restarts over and over again with debug code 04. It also makes a ticking and clicking sound like it is trying to read a disk.)

Every time I manually shutdown the computer the clear CMOS LED lights up at the back of the PC. I have read online, from people online with a different brand of MSI, to turn computer off and unplugged and only then should I clear CMOS with the button. The manual is very vague, it just tells me to click the button when I want to clear data. I contacted the CyberPowerPC, they want me to return it and have them take a look at it. There isn't a clear instructions out there on my problem, any help is appreciated. Does anybody know why it lights up, am I suppose to have power off but still plugged? Should I press the button while the lights is on or should I have it completely turn off?

I would but I think that there is a 15% fee for handling and restocking. That 15% would be about $ 362. That doesn't even include shipping.

Oh ok, I thought it was for every time I sent it to them. Yeah that would have been excessive. :)
