PC Won't boot, must press restart!

I do have asrock fm2a88x extreme6+ motherboard, it has two switch, A and B , I'm using the switch B, but the problem is everytime I turn on my pc using the power button it wont boot, I need to press the reset button to boot.

case 2: I can switch to Switch A it works fine I can boot freely using power button without pressing reset, but the problem is my ram is not maximized! it only uses 7.42gb(usable) unlike in switch B it is 8gb.

Help me please! I tried switching power and reset button doesnt help.

it works fine after pressing restart button, and if you shut down it works fine aswell, but if you unplugged my pc, you need to press power button then reset button first before I can boot
