Pc wont boot or post.

I had a problem where my pc would take 20 - 30 minutes to boot.. So i always put my pc on sleep mode beacuse of that. I open my pc clean it and reset cmos battery and now my pc doesnt boot or post at all. Everything seems to work but nothing shows up.. Help please.

Specs please. Operating system? CPU and other things? Hard drive or SSD?

Start by bread boarding the pc, maybe there’s something grounded or not seated properly.
