Built a new pc this past month as my first ever build, everything worked fine and had no problems until today when I tried to run division 2 with directx12 and my screen froze and pc wouldn't turn off pressing button. After it was finally off I tried restarting and it would just repeat the cycle of restarting but wouldn't boot and show any display. I read some posts on here saying to reseat the ram and check them, I did so but came across something I didn't know about, whenever I would put 1 stick in the ez debug led would pop up on power up but if I seated both the light wouldn't come on and it still wouldn't boot, is this still just my ram being trash now or could it be another component?
(Also should be mentioned when both sticks are slotted into slots 1 and 3 the ezdebug light turns on but when slotted into 2 and 4 the light doesn't turn on, also there is the beep when turned on)

Ram: 2x16 3600 ddr4
Motherboard: b760 tomohawk wifi ddr4
Cooler: icue h150i elite lcd xt 360mm
Case: corsair 4000d
Psu: corsair rm850x
