Question PC won't boot/post with new motherboard

I just got an AORUS B450 PRO, upgrade from A320K asus motherboard.
The problem is when I changed the motherboard, the pc won't boot, not even posting, screen is all black. Already check the cable connected to it.
On the motherboard, there is red light showing that my cpu might be the problem. Try to convert back to my old motherboard and it works fine. The light on the AORUS and the logo only light on a second after I turn on the PSU switch. RAM RGB, Fans and cpu fans running just fine

Ryzen 5 2600
RTX2060
GSkill RGB 3000mhz
600w psu

Have you connected the 8 pin CPU power cable to the board?

Any other debug LED turning ON, after the CPU one?

Nope, only the CPU

Then it could be a board issue, since CPU and power supply ruled out.
