Question PC won't boot properly after altering bios settings

Today I reinstalled windows on my M.2 SSD, and it wouldn't show up in my BIOS, however a windows boot manager did show up on another hard drive (it might have already been there) so I entered that, and from inside that drive, it allowed me to enter a new windows volume (the windows I just installed on the other drive) so somehow the boot info got into the wrong drive...

I tried moving system partition to the new drive - didn't work. I then read I could try disabling CSM and turning on EUFI mode. After rebooting, I am presented with a bright green glitched out screen with lines (almost like the matrix code)I have tried clearing the RTC ram jumper, which seemed to work initially (prompt to reset bios) which then fails and shuts down, booting back up to this screen. Whenever I clear the RTC ram, i can very briefly enter back into bios, but it freezes after 10 seconds. If I keep trying it will eventually let me into the Bios... but now my NVME drive doesn't show up on windows installation, nvme bios config, disk list or boot options (but it does show up on the intel rapid advanced section of the bios) because of this I cannot attempt to reinstall windows.

Any idea's valiant gaming enthusiasts?

It won't seem to let me upload a picture of the green glitched screen I am sometimes presented with.

Make boot manager samsung ssd number 1 for boot option.

Hey! thanks for responding :)

I have tried that and 9/10 times it won't boot. Very occasionally (i haven't been able to do it today) it will boot (it will also come with an error, then letting me boot into my NVME drive (volume11) but again I can't seem to get back onto it now.

I can't read the last two screens. Do you have sata drives plugged in? If so unplug all hd drives make your boot/windows ssd boot drive and see if it starts up.

Sorry about that. The drives were plugged in (which is why my windows install failed on my M.2) but they have been removed since - but nothing else has changed.

Revert changes in BIOS - enable CSM.
Have only single drive connected, while installing windows.
Install windows.
Reconnect all other drives.

It seems my PC won't boot into the bios when CSM is enabled now. I just get a white VGA LED on the motherboard and nothing happens. Resetting CMOS allows me back in.
