Question PC wont boot. RGB leds blinking on mobo.

Hey guys so my pc suddenly just wouldn't boot. I figured it was a dead PSU so I bought a new one. After installing it, the problem persists.

When trying to turn the pc on, the only sign of life is the RGB LEDS on the motherboard flashing and a white light on the GPU. The fans don't even spin.

I tried turning it on without the GPU installed but still no luck.

I need help.

Motherboard: Asrock z370
CPU: i5 8600k
- The CPU is cooled with a Arctic Liquid Freezer 120

Try to clears cmos by bridging the 2 clrcmos pins next to the battery.

Also take out all but 1 stick of ram and try to boot.

I tried taking out the battery and bridging the two clrcomos pins. Will let it sit for a couple hours and return.

If I may add one small pointer.

While the battery is out and you shorted the pins, sometimes it also helps to press and hold down the power button for a few seconds (10-15) to drain the capacitors, thus, no power to sustain the CMOS circuit in the absence of the battery. This somehow eliminates the need to wait.
