Writing this on my phone (obviously) so forgive grammar issues.

Last night, my PC was working fine (though my build has been finicky since I upgraded, occasional stuttering requiring restart) and today when I started it up, it wouldn’t fully POST.

Before I went to boot it, I checked the orientation of my CPU fans to make sure it was cooling correctly, and I moved my M.2 NVMe drive to another slot (which required me to remove my GPU.) After putting it back together, it wouldn’t boot and got stuck in the VGA part of the POST process.

So far I’ve:
Removed my GPU and plugged my DP cable into the mobo
Removed my NVMe to check and see if it would go to the boot menu
Reset CMOS
Clean boot (remove PSU plug and held power button)
Moved my GPU to another PCIe slot
Moved my NVMe to another slot

My build currently is:
Ryzen 7 3800x
32 (2 x 16) gigs of 3200 Corsair Vengeance RAM
x570 TUF GAMING PLUS (wi-fi)
EVGA 2080 super Ultra FTW3
Rm850X Corsair power supply (almost 4 years old)

I can’t go without a computer right now, and I have no clue what the problem could be. I need some help.
