Question PC won't boot solid yellow light Asus 450f strix

I have been using my PC for about a year and I woke up one day and it wouldn't display anything and the yellow light is solid. I've tried reseating cables and trying every memory slot with only one stick plugged in. I've reseated my CPU. I've reseated my gpu I tried shorting out the CLRTC thing. I even got different ram but the stupid yellow light is still there and no boot.


My specs are
Asus b450-f Strix
Ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1070ti
Corsair 850mx PSU
Corsair vengeance RGB Pro 2x8 3200mhz

Dude it's the same thing for it happend for me 3 time i think it's bios bugg it the pc is just bugged in sleep mode
