I sometime face problem with pc not booting up, led on, fans moving at 100% but pc shows no screen ( no input to led).
Actually i got all the essentials first (Mobo, ram, Cpu, PSu and hdd) then i used to put additional parts overtime. 1st i upgraded cpu cooler, then SSD and then case fans. I occasionally aslo used to take mobo out and then in for cable management etc.
After adding or upgrading a part or re-assembling Pc, the pc wont boot as said above. it happend several time and each time the old fix didnt work!
i tried replugging cables, draining power, clearing CMOS etc but couldnt find any common fix
Once removing and then placing again the heatsink and cpu worked while the other time replugging wires did the job. Draining the power also worked once. Idk whats the problem
The Pc works fine apart from this problem
I want to know the faulty component causing this!

Cpu: i5 6600
Mobo: Asus Z170k
Psu: CM elite 550 ver2
Ram: corsair vengeance 8gb 2400mhz (single slot)
Cooler: CM hyper 612 ver2
