I've been having this problem for about a year, but now its happening more often. When I start up my PC it wont boot at all. All the LEDs and fans work fine, GPU turns on just fine. I just don't get no signal on my monitor. Also my mouse and keyboard LED's don't light up. I've noticed an LED that reads "CPU" on my motherboard that lights up for about 2 seconds before booting wont light up sometimes and when it doesn't my that's when my PC wont start. I don't know if this is the motherboard telling me its not detecting my CPU sometimes. I've also had it to where my PC shuts off randomly, more often when playing games. This has only happened a couple of times do, so I don't know if its related, but when it does happen i lose signal to my monitor, but all the fans and LEDs stay on. I've gone back and checked to make sure every cable is inserted right and nothing is loose. I've checked my temps and they seem just fine. I know this is and older PC (about 5 years old) so it could be a component that is starting to give, but I don't know which one it could be.
Any suggestions are appreciated, i hope to solve this as I can't build another PC right know because of the current situation with PC parts as we all know.
