PC wont boot, strange beep, num lock works.

Hello, I've been out for a month, when I came back and tried turning on my computer, had nothing but a very electric and continuous beep. Already checked the memos, vga, hd, etc. Now im between the processor and the mobo, funny thing is that I can turn the num lock on and off while the buzz goes on. Help?

Have you tried unpluging the power supply from the wall and taking out the cmos battery and waiting a few minutes and than connecting everything back up and see if that makes a difference.

I completely disassembled the computer, im gonna wait a while and put everything back together, posting the results soon.
