PC won't boot; Turns off after few seconds when powered

-MSI P67A-G45 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Been at this for over a week. Thought it was the MOBO, RMA and replaced it. Got a new 750W PSU and just replaced my CPU from Intel 2500k to Intel 3570K.

Also tried to turn on with and without RAM and/or Hard drives. Also try removing my GPU.

Still have the same issues on every attempt.

Any advices? Would be much appreciated it.

Rosewill 750W, My last PSU was a CoolMaster 1000W. I don't think the Brand or the PSU is the issue.

Coolermaster is awful when it comes to PSUs, ESPECIALLY if it was made over a years ago. Complete junk. Which Rosewill unit is it? They have some good and some bad ones.
