pc won't boot unless i swap the ram several times

hi i have a problem with my pc, my pc won't boot no power and then if i swap the ram it could be on but only fan no beep from mobo or signal from monitor. i just do the same until my pc works perfectly, and the date and time not updated in windows. can someone help me?

FX6300
M5A78 M LX V2
Super Flower 500W SF500P12A
Team Elite 2x4 GB
Asus GTX 1060 3GB
WD Blue 1TB

Yes i replacr my 270x with gtx 1060. But it works normally after that this happened about one week ago, and also my date and time not updated in windows. Sorry i accidentally clicked vote down

If your date and time are always wrong then that’s a case of a flat cmos battery. A cmos battery is a battery on your motherboard. It looks like a watch battery.
