Question PC wont boot until gpu unplugged (5600x, 5700xt)

I bought new CPU Ryzen 5 5600 and GIGABYTE Aours Elite rev.1.0 motherboard.
GPU: 5700xt
PSU: fractal design 750W

PC wont start, lights on motherboard are off, all fans are spining. When I unplug GPU, everything lights on and seems to boot. I tried to use GPU on another motherboard and it works normally.

b550. Found a problem. PC wouldnt boot when monitor is connected via display port, i switched to hdmi and now its working normally.
