PC won't boot until I clear CMOS?!

Hello guys. Lately I've been having a problem with my PC. Whenever I turn it off and unplug it from the wall for a few hours I can't turn it on again. Nothing happens, no fans spinning, no lights turning on, no sound, nothing. The only solution is to open my case and clear the CMOS (either by touching the CLR CMOS jumper with a screwdriver or by pulling the battery out and putting it back in after a few seconds). Then it all works good. I can use my system for days and it's not a problem. I use it mainly for gaming these days and everything is fine. It's stable and fast. I've even done some stress tests on my CPU and GPU and tested my RAM with memdisk and everything is fine. If I just turn it off and it stays plugged in all the time this won't happen, it boots normally. Has anyone had a problem like this before and can you help me? I was hoping it was a dead CMOS, but I wanna hear your opinion because someone might have experienced this earlier?
Thank you very much! :)
Here are my PC Specs: Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H67M-D2-B3
Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
Storage: 298GB Western Digital WDC (2 pieces)
PSU: ATX 450W

Solution

Sry for replying so late, but the motherboard replacement will fix your issue; i had the same problem with the pc i bought 6 years back, it would run with cheap psu's but using high quality psu's cause the problem same as you are facing. Mine would run for hours but after unplugging it, it wouldn't start. Even it wouldn't wake up from sleep if left in that state for more than 10-15 minutes. So long story short, i replaced my gigabyte...
A cheap effort to see if this is the problem. Seeing that you completely take the pc of the power means that it get's drained more to keep bios settings at what you want or maybe just the optimal settings.

Do let us know what happens.:)

I usually don't unplug my PC from the wall. But sometimes we have power outages for a few hours and that's when it happens. That doesn't happen too often, but it still bugs me. I will test it this evening and come back with the results tomorrow morning. Thanks for the help so far people :)

I did load optimal settings, as recommended by Gigabyte after clearing cmos...
A friend of mine should bring his PSU tomorrow so I'll leave it unplugged for a few hours to test it. His is a BeQuiet 480W model, better than mine anyway. Thanks for the replies, I really appreciate you trying to help :) Will post again with new info.

Hey guys. I tried with a different PSU, a quality BeQuiet one and the same thing happens. It's really a strange problem. The system is stable, but won't turn on after unplugging. It's driving me crazy. I even tried a different power cord.

I went to the place where I got the motherboard and they replaced it. They said they knew as little as me about what might have caused the problem. I'll post here again if something happens again or if I fix the problem. Hopefully the later. Thanks once again for helping me, especially Mr vic. :)

Solution
I did change the motherboard and tested it last night. I turned on normally after being unplugged for a few hours. I hope my problem is fixed. Thank you everyone who helped and will post later with the results after some use. Thanks again :)
