[SOLVED] Pc wont boot up after installing new psu

Hey guys can i ask idk whats happening after i installed a new psu at my pc the fans are working but the pc isnt booting up and i cant even reach the bios tried reseating the ram,changing my cmos battery still no
Specs:
Ryzen 3 2200G
Adata 16gb ram 2666mhz (8x2)
550W FSP HV PRO
GIGABYTE-a320m-s2h
PS: i tried my old generic 700w psu and it works but this fsp psu dont work

If you verified all connections are properly hooked up, and a different PSU works, it sounds like the new PSU is defective.
