Question PC won't boot up after replacing PSU and graphics card

Hello, I've just replaced my PSU and graphics card and verified that my power sw wires are all properly in, but my computer won't boot up. No lights, clicks, or PSU fan turning on. I did do a PSU functionality test and it does indeed work, so that's not the issue. I also attempted to short the power sw pins but that did nothing. Is it a problem with my motherboard? I heard it's difficult to break a mobo, so I'm not sure what I might have done wrong. Any advice is appreciated!!

Sure, here you go.

Mobo: Gigabyte ga78lmt-s2
CPU: AMD FX 4300
Graphics: Zotac gtx 1660 Super

Thank you!

My theory is that somehow I broke the motherboard (since shorting the power sw pins doesn't do anything) and that maybe the best thing to do is buy a whole new motherboard and CPU. It's about time for an upgrade I guess. I'm just baffled as to what could have happened to my current mobo.
