Question PC wont boot up after shutdown.

I was using my PC like normal and i was going to restart it but now the only thing i hear is this and it wont turn on. Its like the fans start and stop repeatedly, Tried removing battery and reseating gpu..

ticking sounds tend to be associated with the psu so if you can confirm that its from the psu then it most likely the psu.

The ticking sound is the psu powering on and off. PSU is a month old. Ez debug lights up CPU

have you tried clearing the cmos. Also did you do any updates the night before.
