Question Pc won't boot up no display,sounds,any sign of booting up

My pc just randomly won't boot
Tried to secure every cable,trying to unplug connected devices,restarting a couple of times,waiting it out
Specs
Cpu:Fx 6100
Gpu XFX R7 360
PSU Thermaltake 650 80+ bronze
Mobo MSI 970a
Storages
Samsung 500gb ssd (windows)
Seagate 1Tb
WD 1TB
Hitachi 500gb (pretty old)

It started before but won't detect some of the storages
It works fine yesterday and didn't downloaded anything

Update: my mouse won't light up,left it for an hour.

Elaborate on exactly what happens when you press the power button?
Does nothing happen? Do lights and fans start but nothing else? Does only lights come on etc?

Fans and lights do come on when i press the power button

No,got nothing.Fans and the lighting came on

unplug both hdd and try boot if it work then hade the 1 tb redo test if that ok retry by adding the 500 gig one .

It is pretty old but i got it checked up at my local pc store.the psu is the thermaltake litepower 650w 80+ bronze

Ok i tried unplugging one of the rams and all of the hdd and i heard 3 long beeps

My understanding is that 3 beep codes on MSI boards is memory failure.
Is this just with 1 RAM module? Then try with just the other RAM module.
