PC won't boot up nor i can enter bios setup

I was using my computer normally but it was running slow so i thaught of restarting it. It turned of very well but then got stuck in boot loop there are 4 options <DEL> : BIOS Setup <F9> : XpressRecovery2 <F12> : Boot Menu <End> : Qf lash. I tried pressing those keys but nothing happening so i restarted again and continuously pressed DEL to enter BIOS setup this time it showed preparing to enter setup but nothing happening...
Please tell me whats the problem or what should I do?
P.S : does dead cmos battery causes this? Coz i know my battery is probably dead coz everytime i used to on my pc I had to manually set date and time.
