[SOLVED] pc won't boot up when installing another RAM

i had originally32GB(two16gb) RAM SLOT A2 & SLOTB2 working fine. Configuring around AURA software to sync rgb of gpu etc.onmy the SLOTA2 has synced and SLOT B2 RAM light won't sync and reflect. tried other software nothing happen.
although it still shows 32GB RAM on my system rgb light won't do it's thing.

TS done:
-installed RAM to A1 and B1 - B1 no light
-installed RAM that don't light to slot that is ligthing = good.
-perform RAM test = both RAM Good.

- AND NOW after i shutdown pc and RAM installed on the 2nd Slot, PC will die and won't continue to boot up.
-FAN works but no RGB Light shows and then it will shutdown
can't even get to bios page.
But When 2nd RAM pulled-out(B2 slot), works perfectly fine.

TS done:
-Reformat SDD new windows installed. SAME.
-Update BIOS(F13) using the button =PC won't turn ON at all
-Clear & Reset CMOS
-Current Set-up Condition running on 1 RAM (SlotA2) - PC Fine, RAM No Light

but when
-running 2 RAM(Slot A1 & B1) works but B1 RAM no light
-running 2 RAM(Slot A2 and B2) PC Die


Help I'd like to please have a solution and a normal life wherein 2 RAM WORKS Both lights lol

use 1 ram on slot A1, then update bios (F13c) in the bios itself (q flash, usually press f8 inside the bios) if you could enter the bios, then after update go into bios again and load optimized/default settings, then try use slot a2 and b2.

then it could be a faulty between the cpu imc, the motherboard, or the ram itself, should try to test each components on another pc/build that is compatible. if ram works on other pc and it does not on your pc, then the problem will be left at cpu itself or the mobo itself, need to sort the problems first...
