PC won't boot up

Dont know if this is the correct section for this, so sorry if it isn't. My computer has been broken for a while now and I'm too broke to get it fixed. Whenever I plug the power cord in, the computer attempts to boot all by itself without me ever touching the power button. After like 3 seconds, there is a beep and everything powers off. I dont know what the issue at hand is and really need to get this fixed.

Could be the power supply, try a new one.
