First of all I'm no computer expert, I can change out basic components like a hard drive and RAM so I understand if your ability to help maybe limited.

My computer was running fine at the time I shut it down last night.
When I went to start it up nothing happened, the Hard drive LED indicator flickers briefly, the monitor only shows " no signal " then goes to stand by, and no Beeps.
I opened the case, all fans are running, CPU, case fan and power supply fan.
I see no LED lights showing on the motherboard.

Acer Aspire AM 3450-ES10P
AMD Phenom II X4 925
RS880PM-AM v:1.0 ( this was stamped on the motherboard)
AMD Radeon HD 4250 graphics
8GB DDR3 1333 ( 2x4GB )
Samsung V-Nand 850 EVO 250GB
Windows 10

Check that your cable to your graphics card is correctly plugged in.
"No signal" appears when the cable for your screen is not connected to anything.
You can try changing "source" on your screen. I have often pressed the button without knowing.

Cables are fine, even connected to hdmi port, there is no signal coming from the computer. It just doesn't boot up.
