Question PC won't boot up..

Mobo - M5a78l-mlx3
AMD fx 6300
gt730 4 GB ddr5
8 GB ram
Toshiba hhd 1 tb
PC use to work fine but after changing the CPU cooler form stock to cooler master hyper H410r and booting the PC it show detail of component and then shutdown
unable to enter in bios setting. Tried to clear coms but it didn't worked.
Don't know what to do needed help .

After some digging i came across that the on boot it show 'USB device over current status detected' PC will shut down after 15 Second.
Checked all USB port all are fine.

The problem with old computers is they don't like people playing with them. I am sure someone can work out a logical reason why it has stopped working, but off the top of my head can't think of one.
Best thing to do is remove everything apart from cpu/ram/gpu and see if it works - you only need to disconnect the drives to start with and get back into bios then add pieces bit by bit
