PC wont boot when changing RAM frequency

I recently bought 8GB of 2133mhz g.skill RAM:

When I installed it the PC says it runs at 1600mhz and when I try to make it anything higher in the BIOS my PC won't boot and I have to reset the CMOS. Why can't I get my RAM to run at 2133mhz?

My motherboard and CPU are:
ASUS H81M-A
core-i5 4670 3.4ghz

The maximum frequency your motherboard supports is 1600Mhz, you can see it in the spec here:

But don't worry, you can tweak the CAS Latency to improve the speed of your RAM. Keep it at 1600Mhz, and change the SPD settings (on both channels) to 7-9-8-24. Remember that the lower the latency values, the quicker the RAM will run. I have found these SPD values from here:

If you can get the PC to run with these values (do a stress test to check it is stable) then you wont be losing that much performance compared to if you ran the RAM at 2133Mhz.
