Hi,

for a while now, my PC won't boot anymore. When I turn on the power, it hangs for about 1.5 minutes on bios-splashscreen (the acer brand logo) and after that it keeps showing a white blinking prompt in the upper left corner (the prompt which is often seen after the splash-screen and before the operating system is showing). I can‘t enter the bios or do anything.

See the video: Youtube

Things I‘ve tried so far:
(The whole time there are no usb or other devices connected to the PC only power and HDMI)
  • removing all hardrives and cdrom
  • removing all combinations of memory bars (even both)
  • removing the battery for about a 10-20 seconds
  • exchanging the graphic card with a different one (exactly the same model)
None of the steps brought help.
Except from completely removing the RAM, the beep sound-pattern won‘t change.
It beeps about 4 times. The sequence of beeps is:
  1. A silent higher beep after 5 seconds
  2. A louder deeper beep at 00:30
  3. A louder deeper beep at 01:00
  4. A louder deeper beep at 01:30 (immediately the screen went black and the prompt is showing)
I‘ve no idea what to do. I hope you can help me with that.
