PC Wont Boot Windows

I Built my first PC earlier today but i keep running into problems at first i could not run any games it said my graphics driver was out of date (Ryzen 2200g+ASRock - AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard) so i went to download/install the drivers and while the drivers were installing my pc crashed and now it wont boot into windows it will show the asrock bios screen and try to boot windows but doesn't. Any suggestions/help is Appreciated

UPDATE- Cleared all files and tried to reinstall windows didn't work, Tried to boot threw safe mode and got a install windows error saying to restart comp to continue installation but it still wont boot to windows
