Question PC won't boot with 2 monitors connected after installing new GPU

Swapped in a 3060 yesterday, when I boot up my pc with both my monitors plugged in (1 DP and 1 HDMI) I get no signal, but when I only have the DP plugged in it boots and then I have to plug the HDMI monitor in after startup. Is this a hardware issue or driver issue? I don't want to have to disconnect and reconnect my monitor everytime I boot my PC

New GPU: EVGA RTX 3060 XC
RAM: 8 x 2 Corsair Vengeance LPX
PSU: Corsair CX550M
