Question Pc wont boot with 3th Hdd/ssd

Hey people, my question is why doesnt my pc boot when i add a 2nd hdd with my SSD and another HDD.

i tried booting it without my other HDD without succes. and i plug it in my pc wont boot past the bios, andi cant get inti my bios. it's kinda freezing

GPU: GeForce GTX 1070
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz Geheugen:
Motherboard: Asrock B85M Pro3
SSD: CT250BX100SSD1
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000524AS, 1TB
HDD: (that i want to add): Samsung HM750LI

What is the make/model of your power supply? Have you tried other SATA data cables, SATA ports, or SATA power cables/connections?

Yes, i have tried diffrent sata cables 7 and 15pins, no result.
And my PSU is Techsolo TP-500

The Samsung HDD may be defective. Have you tried using it in another system or a external enclosure (and connecting via USB port) to isolate the issue?

well, i havent tried it on a diffrent pc, but the usb connector broke off, so i removed the connector printplate and connected it to sata cables

That could be issue. What was the make/model of the enclosure?

Freecom, but could it be that his drive needs a plug for power, cuz it has a 4pins slot open, but wasnt used with the USB printplate

The four pins are for drive settings and go unused nearly all of the time. Power comes via the larger of the two SATA connectors.
