Hello, my probelm is that I had 16gb of ram, 2 sticks of 8gb bought at separate times but with exact same model (Hyperx fury 8gb 2400mhz 15cm) and they worked perfectly fine on my motherboard in dual channel. I decided to add 16 more gb of ram so I have a total of 32gb of ram (4x8), i bought exact same ram and installed it into my pc and pc wont boot, ive tried all ram sticks and ram slots, everyting works fine so the probelm isnt in ram hardware. After multiple restarts PC booted with 4 sticks of ram and I went to bios and saw that all 4 sticks of ram were detected in single channel, I restarted the pc again and it didnt boot since, it just keeps restarting. If I leave 3 ram sticks in any order the pc will boot fine and I will have 24gb of ram in single channel mode, old ram runs in dual channel mode with new so I'm not sure if its compatibility issue. I was wondering if I should update my bios and to which version?
