Hello everyone.

I just got a bluetooth usb dongle and it works fine, I can pair mu headphone etc. But if I turn the computer on or restart the system, then it wont boot up unless I remove the bluetooh dongle from the USB port.

I've checked the Boot order in the bios and the USB is not even enabled.

Does anybody knows anything about this situation?

Thank you.

Tried all ports? You say the stick works, how do you know if the pc doesn't boot?

Might be incompatibility or a short it creates.

What if you test without drivers for that dongle? Let windows use it's own drivers.
I'm using windows drivers. The drivers from the dongle crashed Windows. I'm starting to believe the dongle is defective.

I have a bluetooth headphone and a xbox controller, and I can't get them both to connect. If I connect the headphones the controller disconnects and vice versa.
