PC Wont boot with both ram sticks installed

Hi, My pc (Chillblast Fusion quasar) which is all stock parts (2x 4gb DDR3 Crutial), only boots with one ram stick most of the time. I can boot with two (sometimes) but after 10 mins i get multiple Blue screen of deaths, (mem management, bad pool header etc) Both sticks are identical. Any help?

Have you tried booting with one of the sticks by itself and then the other stick by itself?

Perhaps one of the sticks is damaged.

If they both boot by themselves.....perhaps a memory slot is damaged.
