PC won't boot with fan plugged in

Hi, I have a problem. My PC won't boot if I plug my case back fan into my motherboard. My motherboard is a Asus Z87-PRO and my case a CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer. Anyone has an idea why?

Maybe it just sucks too much power and stops pc from booting I don't know might be a fault connector on either the mobo or the fan shorting it'self out i would think. Try the fan on another PC or get another fan and try it in slot which doesn't seem to work
