PC won't boot with specific Graphics card

My pc won't boot with my 1050ti installed but will with my 650 installed I have a second pc and have verified the 1050ti works just fine but the pc won't even display with the 1050ti. The pc I'm trying to install the 1050ti in used to work with the 1050ti in it(I thought I broke my MOBO so I moved the 1050ti to my other pc) and today for no reason I decided to try the pc I thought broke with the 650 installed and it booted. So I got excited moved the 1050ti back to the better system and turned it on. PC lights up the ram lights up all the fans spin, but no display. Any reason why this would be and any way to fix it?

What is the motherboard, what is the power supply? Did you try doing a BIOS update on it and then seeing if the 1050 works with it again?
