[SOLVED] PC wont boot with XMP profile.

Solution
Turn on XMP everything at auto and set the speed manually to 3200MHz.

You might not be able to get to 3600MHz using XMP if the RAM is not on the QVL of your motherboard.

Latest BIOS?

Which two slots are you occupying on the motherboard with the sticks of ram? Are they on slots A2 and B2? Manually input the frequency into BIOS and then if the system boots to GUI successfully, you can input timings and voltage as listed on the sticker on the side of the memory modules.

Just for added measure, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for the motherboard.

Yes, they sits on A2 B2. Only default settings would work. Changing only the frequency wouldn't boot.
And I found similar case on Reddit
It seems to happen on some other Z590 board too.
