pc wont boot

my pc wont boot up after i shut it down and turned off psu switch.

so i've been playing pc game late night suddenly it started lagging and heating up. cpu usage rate jumped up to like 55% and it was starting to make loud noise

so i decided call it a day and sleep
so i shut the system and turned off psu switch.

next morning pc won't boot up

when power switch is pressed pc and graphics card fan spins like split second like 0.5 sec and stop

psu woudnt make any sound and no fan spinning and cpu fan never spins

I tried psu paper clip test and it starts making noise and fan will run but when i connect everything and turn it on, it does nothing

help plz

mobo: crosshair v formula z
cpu: fx8350
gpu: asus gtx 760
ram: single 8gb gskill
psu: cooler master thunder 600w atx
 
So when you heard the loud noise, did you check the CPU fan and or CPU temp? If the CPU fan has failed the system may not start. It is a CPU protection feature in the BIOS. You could check this by plugging a different fan into the CPU fan header so the system sees a working fan. It will be safe to use the CPU for a minute or two ( possibly much longer, but don't risk it ) without hurting anything since it takes a minute or two to get up to temp.
 


cpu temperature was about 48 degrees not really that high its usually 35 ish and cpu fan was running and thats why the noise was loud
