PC won't boot

Two days ago I installed avast and comodo for some protection muscle, since then my games suddenly stopped working. I uninstal

the games didn't even want to run, tried sandbox but it didnt do much. i did a copmlete system restore when I saw that uninstalling it didn't help either.

I thought the problems were fixed after the reset, so i installed avira, It started labeling all my programs as viruses and i just made them exceptions.
when i booted this morning the pc boots upto the welcome screen and hangs, i've run the system repairbut still did not fix the problem.
I am currently doing a full memory check.

Have you tried logging in under safe mode? That should stop Avira running, allowing you to uninstall it and try to log in again under regular mode afterwards
