PC wont boot

My pc is powering on with the fans moving and the disk drive functioning but it is not launching the bios and/or showing up on my monitor. When the computer loaded it sounded 1 short beep.

I've changed the ram over, nothing happened.
I've changed the graphics card over, nothing happened.
I've changed the power supply over, nothing happened.

I reset the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and placing it back after 30 seconds. This caused the computer to no longer produce the short beep but it is still not booting.

Does anyone know what's wrong with the PC? My guess is a bad motherboard but I'm not to sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Kyle

Solution
Based only on what you said, your guess is 99% correct. If you replaced ram, gpu and psu, you have cpu and mb left and cpus rarely burn out.
Is the a way to find out specifically what's wrong with it? as the fans connected are still working son some aspects may be good. is it a possibility that the board could be saved?

First of all:
Which power supply, CPU, motherboard, RAM, graphics card is installed?
Which devices were the replacements? exact model

Did the computer boot in the past or should it boot the first time?

Did you place the battery back in the right way? The plus has to be seen, when looking at it now.

Did you plug in the extra ATX12V power plug into the mainboard? 8pin or 4pin near CPU

Did you test with minimum configuration? Power supply, mainboard, cpu + heatsink, graphics card with power plugged in if necessary, one RAM (test all slots and RAM you have)
Don´t plug in ssd, hdd, usb devices, other expansion cards

The computer is say 4/5 years old. Not a single hiccup until now. The motherboard may have just kicked the bucket. Ive built a fair amount of PC's, including this one so i went through the steps on that forum before I posted here.

Same models
yes, has been fine for at least four years. (my first PC now family PC)
yes, the positive side is face up
There was only one ATX12V and it was plugged in
I did the minimum config test yeah.
Ive had all my HDD's/SSD's disconnected since the start

The short beep should tell you it's fine,so not hearing it makes things worse imo.

Dod you install a new battery too?
Did you try with another psu by any chance?
